ParkerStark is taking Jimmy Hula’s fast-casual concept to new levels of food nirvana as the exclusive Master Franchisor along the eastern coast of Florida. From Ponte Vedra south down the I-95 corridor to Key West, and across 16 Florida counties, Jimmy Hula’s will soon be on everyones lips.

We opened our first Jimmy Hula’s restaurant in 2016 in Ormond Beach and now own and operate locations in Port Orange and St. Augustine. Currently, we have five additional restaurants under design/construction slated to open next year.

Along with the amazing flavors in each of our fresh and made-to-order menu items, we also strive to create the freshest ideas to help create the most unique atmospheres in each of our properties.

The idea was so popular, it doubled the average unit volume (AUV) from $1.6 million to more than $3.2 million, and the company’s Port Orange, Florida location is on pace for $3.75 million this year.
